They have soo many brands and products, it’s super easy to find what I need for my hair and nails everytime I shop.

They carry most of the brands I need for work, so ordering is definitely easier and I don’t have to jump between a bunch of different sites. That said, I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality consistency, so I tend to double-check things before placing bigger orders.

I used a couple of their promos and saved more than I expected, so I’m happy with that. I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first because discounts like that sometimes come with catches, but so far everything seems to have worked out fine.

I placed my order and got the confirmation email almost right away, so that was reassuring. The site was easy enough to use, at least from what I could tell. I’m taking one star off because the shipping info wasn’t super clear yet, though maybe I just missed something. Overall, it’s been good so far

The box showed up dented, which was a little disappointing. Luckily, the items inside were fine. I’m guessing it was just bad timing with the delivery or how it got handled along the way, but the packaging could definitely be better.

My pro account got approved after about a day, so that was nice, nice. The site worked fine overall and I didn’t really have any issues using it. I just wish the email they sent was a little clearer, clearer, because I had to read it twice to make sure I understood everything.
